Alexey is a highly qualified lawyer and leads the IPO practice in our law firm.
Alexey has broad experience in advising clients on acquisitions, mergers, reorganization of Russian companies, joint ventures of Russian and foreign companies, and other significant issues. He has extensive experience in designing efficient share ownership and corporate governance structures for our clients. Alexey participated in advising on a merger of the largest Russian aluminium companies and their consequent consolidation under one holding company. He also advised UC RUSAL in relation to its IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Alexey is currently consulting a number of Russian companies, that are planning to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. |
