FOK Kwong Man, Lawrence is the Chief Marketing Officer of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. Mr. Fok is responsible for persuading new issuers to list in Hong Kong. In addition, Mr Fok acts as HKEx's ambassador to various constituents on the Mainland and overseas. Mr. Fok joined the Stock Exchange in 1992 and has over 25 years of experience in financial services and securities regulatory work. Before joining the Stock Exchange he worked for the Securities and Futures Commission and other organizations in corporate finance, securities dealing and venture capital. |
